The Vaunt X PCD saw blades are our latest addition to the range. With the polycrystalline diamond teeth (PCD), they can cut the hardest of materials easily and extremely cleanly (often eliminating the need for making good). PCD blades are not only for ultra-hard materials; they can be used on hard and softwoods as well, and can outlast standard TCT blades by up to 30 times on certain applications. Note: PCD blades should not be set more than 1mm below the bottom of the material, as this may weaken the tooth and potentially lead to detachment from the blade.
