The Vaunt X PCD saw blades are the latest addition to the range. With polycrystalline diamond teeth (PCD), they can cut the hardest of materials easily and extremely cleanly, often eliminating the need for making good. PCD blades are versatile; they not only excel with ultra-hard materials but can also be used on both hardwoods and softwoods, outlasting a standard TCT blade by up to 30 times in certain applications.

Note: PCD blades should not be set more than 1mm below the bottom of the material, as this may weaken the tooth, potentially leading to detachment from the blade.
