Overview:
Perfect for achievinglong distance, high quality HDMI signal transmission, that would otherwise not bepossible. HDBaseT requires one CAT5e/CAT6 cable (we recommend good quality purecopper cable) to be run to another location and allows an uncompressed10.2GB/ps signal to be achieved whilst maintaining signal integrity. To put itinto prospective what the extender is capable of, it is similar to using a highquality short ‘High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet’
Due to thebandwidth achievable by the extender, they are suitable for 1080P/3D signalsand will also be suitable for future resolutions such as 4x2K (4096p).Traditional HDMI extenders are usually limited to around 50M transmissions@1080P whereas our HDbaseT extender can go twice as far at a much higher datatransfer rate.
Technical:
EthernetFunctionality – Our unitalso allow an ethernet cable to be connected to the transmitter for networking/internetin another location up to 100m away. Supports up to 100Mbps.
PowerOver Ethernet (POE) – Ourdevice has POE functionality, which means there is 1 power source that needs tobe connected to the transmitter and the receiver will be powered too.
InfraredEyes (IR) – There are 2infared eyes, one is connected to the transmitter and the other is connected tothe receiver.
