The perfect collection to remind you of Spring woodland walks, in your own garden! This collection can be planted under trees, in grass to naturalise and create a beautiful spring display. The purple, white and yellow tones could also bring cheerful colour to patio containers or beds and borders.
- Planting location: Suitable for planting in containers, flower beds or in grass.
- Soil moisture: Moist & well drained
- Flowering period: Feb-May, Planting period: Aug-Dec
- Hardiness: H4 – Hardy through most of the UK (-10 to -5°C)
- Plant in a sunny spot. Add compost and bonemeal into the planting hole before planting. Add horticultural grit to the bottom of the hole in heavy clay soils to help with drainage. Water well. In the growing season, water plants in containers during dry spells. Top dress with a general purpose plant food as the last flowers fade. Allow foliage to die down naturally.
