2 Metre 10 Way Gang Tower Extension Cable – Surge Protected
Surge Protection – Surge protection prevents equipment connected to the gang being affected by voltage spikes (commonly caused by lightning). Our surge protector has a very fast response time, so it can kick in quickly before the voltage spike causes any severe damage to your equipment.
Telephone Protection – If you have a telephone plugged into the surge protector, the phone line can also be protected. An additional telephone cable is provided free of charge.
13A Rated Fuse – It is possible to change the fuse to a different rating if required.
LED Indicators – It has a red LED light to show when gang is switched on and a green LED light to show when the gang is surge protected.
Switched – Power can be switched off to all devices connected to this extension by a switch on the base of unit. This is great when trying to get access to the wall outlet is difficult (under a desk for example)
Tower Mounted – The 10 way gang socket is supplied with a base that allows you stand this vertically, This is great for space saving under a desk for example. It also provides easy access to the power sockets.
Durable PVC jacket – This thick jacket helps to protect the cable against wear and tear.
Used With – This cable can be used to increase the number of UK plug sockets from 1 to 10, whilst ensuring all equipment connected is safe from voltage spikes.
