Description
Xpress Copper Gas – SG24 – Equal Tee 22mm 39851 The fittings and tube shall be drawn from the XPress Copper (Gas) range of press fit fittings (available from Pegler Yorkshire Group), manufactured from copper or gunmetal alloy. The fittings shall incorporate a yellow HNBR (Hydrogenated Acrylonitrite Butadiene Rubber) ‘O’ ring. These fittings are for jointing copper tube and are available in sizes 15mm to 108mm. The fittings shall offer electrical continuity and have a clearly visible marking to indicate usage for gas installations. XPress Copper Gas fittings do not have the Leak Before Press (LBP) feature for safety reasons. Suitable applications include internal and external above ground 2nd (natural gas) and 3rd (LPG, compressed propane and butane gas) family gas services, including instances where high levels of hydrogen sulphide make copper unsuitable.
