Overview – This dimmer switch can be used as a replacement or new switch with a 250V rated consumer unit (fuse box) as found in most UK houses. It can be used with a standard single back box. It is 2 way meaning it can be used in a circuit where 2 light switches in different locations control a single load (lights). It can also be used in 1 way circuits and is suitable for loads of up to 400W, to find the load you will be using add up all the wattages of all the bulbs in the circuit. 2 dimmers should not be used in the same circuit.
