Sow seeds little and often for a continuous harvest, keeping soil moist to prevent bolting. Pick leaves as needed or harvest whole heads for delicious homegrown salads. Indoor Sowing Fill modular trays with quality seed compost and sow one seed per module. Keep compost moist using capillary matting or gentle watering.
