Please note:
- Porcelain paving must be secure and bonded to the bedding mortar.
- The bedding mortar should be free-draining to allow water drainage.
- The joint is non-permeable once set.
- Air and surface temperatures should be above 10°C (50°F) for installation.
- Allow the jointing sand to dry fully (24 to 48 hours) before exposure to rain.
- Joint width should be between 3mm and 13mm, with a minimum depth of 19mm.
- Hand tamping with a rubber mallet can be used if vibration compaction isn’t available.
- Ensure adequate joint filling and avoid over-compaction.
- Application water must drain to the sub-base to prevent moisture buildup.
- Do not mix this product with other materials like cement or sand.
- Avoid using in constantly wet areas.
- Do not apply over asphalt or tarmac.
- For natural stone, ensure the surface is completely dry to avoid staining.
- Wait seven days after installation before cleaning or sealing the surface.
- Avoid high-pressure cleaning for the first 30 days after installation.
